That phrase is posted in most parks and areas that people visit, but it can be applied anywhere. In this day, we all have a camera constantly with us, I just happen to usually carry more than one. A quick snap of a moment on the street or a planned and thought-out sunrise shot, each are worth capturing. Film or digital, they are all wonderful moments, frozen in time. Some with deep meanings and others, just existence in that split second.
